(formerly Robin Fuchs)

Personal Life
In March 2009, I married my sweetheart Joe Muscarella. We live in Orlando and enjoy the Florida sunshine year-round! In February 2017, Joe and I adopted a baby boy! Noah is an amazing gift from the Lord! We love this “new” journey as a family.

Financial Partners
As a Cru missionary, I am responsible to find individuals and churches to partner with me prayerfully and financially. Funds raised from my ministry partners are used to cover my salary, benefits, ministry expenses and administrative costs.

Celebrating 25 Years
As of September 1, 2020, I have officially served 25 years as a missionary with Cru/Campus Crusade for Christ! I will be celebrating this with current ministry partners, as well as finding new ministry partners to join my team.

My goal is to raise a much-needed $25,000 in special gifts, as well as find at least 25 new partners to invest $100 monthly. This will enable me to be fully funded for perhaps another 25 years of ministry!

Honoring My Dad
As you may know, my dad, William Gene Fuchs, went to be with Jesus on August 29, 2020. My parents were my first ministry partners, and I was my dad’s favorite missionary. For those interested in a way to honor him, my family has joined me in suggesting making a donation to my ministry with Cru. Please add a note when you give online, or send an email ([email protected]) to let me know.

The Addition of Noah
As a Cru missionary, I have the opportunity to raise funds to help cover some of the costs of the adoption of Noah as well as ongoing healthcare expenses for him. I am still in need of raising $13,500 in special gifts and $1,000 in monthly donations for Noah’s expenses.

Ministry Info
Since 1995, I have served as a missionary with Cru!

Since January 2015, I have served as part of the Campus Ministry’s Conference and Events Team located in the National Campus Office in Orlando. My team plans and leads a variety of conferences and events throughout the Cru Campus Ministry. A recent restructuring has led to the team’s name change to the National Conference Operations Team.

We serve the whole Cru Campus Ministry, which includes college ministries spread across the country, as well as Cru High School, Faculty Commons, Valor, and ethnic collegiate ministries such as Bridges International, Destino, Epic, and the SOON Movement.

Since 2017 (with the arrival of our son, Noah), I have the privilege of helping lead Cru’s New Staff Orientations (NSOs) that are held four times each year. (See www.newstafforientation.com for more details.)

My team is located in the same office space as Cru’s High School ministry where I served for 19 years before moving over to the college ministry.

Our Mission
Cru’s mission is to win students and people of all ages to Christ, build and equip them in their faith and to become life-long followers  of Jesus, and then send them out to all the world through our mission projects, training events and discipleship.

Connecting People to Jesus
Connecting people of all ages to Jesus is what it’s all about! Thanks for being part of this incredible journey of faith!

Following Christ
During my freshman year in college at The University of Texas at Austin, I became involved with Campus Crusade for Christ. That December, I accepted Jesus as my Savior and Lord at a national conference in Kansas City, Missouri. While attending UT, I grew in my faith and participated in discipleship and evangelistic opportunities.

After college graduation, I moved back to my home town of San Antonio and worked in the public relations field until I joined staff with Cru/Campus Crusade for Christ in June 1995.

Ministry Experiences and Roles
In August 1996, I moved to Orlando, Florida, to be trained as a new field staff with the then-named Student Venture (now Cru’s High School ministry) at the Great Commission Training Center. The next fall, I joined the Media Team in the National Office, serving to develop marketing and resources for our field staff. Three years later, I returned to the Great Commission Training Center to serve as National Training Specialist. I helped develop and oversee training for our first-year and second-year field staff nationwide.

In November 2002, I became Web Developer/Staff Resources Specialist of the web team. Additionally, from April 2003 through December 2009, I served on Campus Crusade’s Global ConneXion (GCX) team and with the Global Technology Office.

From 2010 through 2014, I served as the Cru High School Operations Director, leading in the areas of communications, conferences, design, finances, technology and web.

Since January 2015, I have served with the Campus Ministry’s National Conference Operations Team in Orlando. My recent roles have included conference planner and special projects coordinator.
